EFL PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS’ PERCEPTION IN MANAGING THE LEARNING PROCESS DURING KAMPUS MENGAJAR PROGRAM

Kampus Mengajar program as one of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus (MBKM) programs initiated by the Minister Education and Culture Republic Indonesia in 2020 is that increase professionalism students prospective teachers Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to determine Perception EFL Pre-service Teachers Managing Learning Process during Program. By using a qualitative descriptive design, six pre-service English education at Muhammadiyah University Kendari were interviewed alumni batch I. The results indicate participants have positive perception improve their competence teachers. However, study, there also many obstacles faced such difficulties designing learning caused differences between basic taken lectures subjects taught teaching, classroom management, communication culture. Despite that, highly recommended be implemented teacher should encouraged universities.
